Service Scope

Sermios provides software that supports conversational and transactional text messaging between participating golf courses and golfers. A participating course remains responsible for its menu, pricing, taxes, availability, payment, fulfillment, staff decisions, and compliance with applicable law.

SMS Consent

Before joining an SMS program, a consumer is shown a call to action that identifies the sender, describes the messages, and explains how to opt in. The consumer opts in by taking the affirmative action described in that call to action, such as texting START to the displayed number.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing through any non-SMS method offered by the participating business.

Message Types

Messages are conversational and transactional and may include welcome and help responses, menu links, order assistance, customer support replies, order confirmations and updates, pickup or delivery details, and clubhouse contact information.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on the consumer's conversation, requests, and ordering activity. Msg & data rates may apply according to the consumer's mobile plan.

Opt Out and Help

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After an opt-out request is processed, no further messages will be sent unless the consumer starts a new opt-in. Reply HELP for help or email support@sermios.net.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on carrier networks and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Mobile information and SMS consent are handled as described at https://www.sermios.net/privacy. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Website Waitlist

Joining the website waitlist does not enroll a person in an SMS program, create an account, guarantee access, establish pricing, or commit a golf course to anything.
