When you join the waitlist, Sermios collects your golf course name, contact name, work email, and any optional note you choose to provide.

When you use a participating golf course SMS program, Sermios may process your mobile phone number, SMS message content, opt-in and opt-out records, order details, support requests, and message timestamps.

How Information Is Used

Sermios uses information to operate this website, respond to waitlist requests, deliver conversational and transactional SMS messages, assist with orders and support requests, maintain consent records, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and comply with legal and carrier requirements.

SMS Program Disclosures

A consumer joins a participating golf course SMS program only after seeing that program's call to action and taking the affirmative action it describes, such as texting START to the displayed number.

SMS messages may include menu links, order assistance, customer support replies, order confirmations and updates, pickup or delivery details, and clubhouse contact information. Message frequency varies based on the consumer's conversation and ordering activity. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Mobile Information and Sharing

Sermios does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information may be disclosed only to service providers that help operate and deliver the SMS program, or when required by law. Those providers may use the information only to provide services to Sermios and may not use it for their own marketing.

Retention

Information is retained only as reasonably needed to provide the applicable service, maintain consent and business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or carrier requirements.
